Hello everyone,
I love chocolate, not the kinder or similar stuffs, I mean the real chocolate, I really miss France for that, as far as I saw in Asia, despite the fact that they do produce cocoa, the best chocolates sold around here are "decent" at best. And this is not just Indonesia, where I live; China, the commonly sold "dove" if I remember properly without being bad is not good either, same for silverqueen and such. Now maybe I idealize things a bit but in my memories, any french chocolate tab sold in supermarket beats easily the one available in Asia and I am not even talking about the chocolate makers. Of course, I am only speaking judging from my past experience which is incomplete and I hope there are good Asian chocolates that I just haven't found quite yet.
Despite my... disregard for Asian chocolates, you still may get your hands on good enough chocolate that does the job perfectly well and here is a recipe that turn out even better than I expected judging from the chocolate quality.

A very soft, melting chocolate cake that will drive crazy every chocoholic.
Ingredients:
200 g of dark chocolate (70-90% if you can)
170 g sugar
150 g flour
2 eggs
50 ml coconut milk
1 tablespoon yeast
white chocolate to decorate
Preparation:
- Preheat your oven at 180 °C convection mode.
- Melt the chocolate with the coconut milk on low heat in order to make a chocolate sauce.
- Blend all the ingredients including the chocolate sauce. CAREFUL, do not add the chocolate sauce if it is boiling, you may otherwise cook the eggs which will ruin the cake.
- Pour your dough in a cake mold covered in parchment paper, silicone sheet or just greased.
- Cook in the oven for 40 mn, the cake must not be completely cooked so don't stick a knife in to check, the heart needs to remain a bit liquid.
- Melt your white chocolate and pour it on the cake to decorate.
