Hello everyone,
What's better than a pizza night with some friends and a good movie? And usually you'd order pizza. But in order to impress and to eat exactly the kind of pizza you want, you gotta cook it yourself. Now, if you are lucky enough to have around your place a restaurant that cooks their pizza in a wood-fire oven and that makes great pizza, I suggest you to avoid the hassle and order there. But if you are on a budget or if the pizza around your place are average at best, cooking your pizza yourself will most definitely enhance your movie night.

It's been a long time since I started cooking my own pizza but, usually I saved myself the trouble of making the dough and I was just buying it in supermarkets out of laziness. Because (or thanks) of the fact that I now live in Indonesia, I had to forget about buying my dough in supermarket. But since I was not willing to give up on pizza, I started to make it myself; I regret I didn't do it before as homemade dough is much better than the industrial one.

Variations:
If you like melted cheese crust, simply put dices of cheese on the edges of your pizza dough before folding the edges back toward the center. The dough should be bulging on the edges and form a large crater where you can add your toppings.
