Pineapple tangerine fruit juice

Hello everyone,

Something I miss from European big cities are fruit juice bar. There is nothing quite like a good fruit juice when you feel a bit down or when If you ever been to Indonesia, you probably came across a dish named “rendang”, and if you haven’t tried it is hot outside. And as a matter of fact, in Indonesia it is always hot outside... People there say there are 2 seasons; the dry season and the rainy season. In my opinion, there is only one season: very hot and wet with variations in the wetness. Anyway, my wife asked me for some juice as a refreshment. And since where I live you can only buy a one fruit juice at time, I decided to make one myself.

As I don't have a juice extractor (yet), I have to blend the fruits with some water. But if you own a juice extractor, knock yourself out.
